By accessing or using Legacy Refactor services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Legacy Refactor provides automated code refactoring and modernization services including:

• Legacy code refactoring (11 languages supported)
• Security audits
• Performance analysis
• Cloud migration preparation
• Database schema review
• Custom rule development

3. Pricing and Payment

Legacy Refactoring:

• $0.20 per line (up to 250,000 lines)
• $0.12 per line (250,001-500,000 lines)
• $0.08 per line (500,001+ lines)
• $250 minimum charge

Premium service pricing varies by scope. All prices are fixed and displayed before payment. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final.

4. Data Security and Retention

24-Hour Deletion Policy: All uploaded source code, generated outputs, and related data are automatically deleted from our systems 24 hours after job completion. We do not retain your intellectual property beyond this period.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to:

• Your original source code
• All refactored/generated code
• All documentation and reports
• All test suites and artifacts

There is no vendor lock-in. You own everything we produce.

6. Service Guarantees

• Production-Ready: All deliverables pass 100% validation testing
• Fixed Pricing: No hidden fees or recurring charges
• Data Security: Encryption in transit and at rest
• Privacy: Automatic deletion after 24 hours

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Upload only code you have rights to modify
• Not upload malicious code or malware
• Comply with all applicable laws
